I really enjoyed using it, but then I decided to try it to make bread dough and I think I ruined it. Do you think it’s not supposed to be used for bread dough or do you think that was just a malfunction with my machine? Aside from my experience with the bread dough, I really enjoyed the machine. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I get different types of blade or grinding different things. My smoothies have been super smooth without any bits left behind. The blade is removable, so it is so much quicker and easier to clean. One downside is the motor is VERY loud! I could not grind during other members bedtime. It sounds like I am renovating the house.

First off, I love your review of The ninja Mega Kitchen System. I wanted to buy a blender for my wife, she is using a hand blender when she is preparing soups for our 4 months baby. I see her doing that and I find them inconvenient. A closed blender is a the solution. This one seems legit but I have a problem with noise. I am the kind of person who don’t support noise even for a short period of time.
I would like to know if the noise is really extreme as mentioned in the video. I mean I could hear it through my headphones but I turned the Volume down, even it was put to silence buy the editor of the video. What is the real time loudness of this Blender?

It is pretty neat to have a powerful blender like this one, in case we want to blend tough things such as nuts and coffee beans. But I also prefer blender with several speed to blend some of my ingredients with certain texture that I want. I want to ask, can the blender blends meat proteins such as chicken or beef into puree form?
