Vitamix Raw Soup Recipe

Raw soups are excellent to be served as appetizers and its fresh and healthy and everyone loves it. Did you know you could even make fresh raw soups using Vitamix?
Yes, you can and it tastes absolutely divine. Not only does it taste delightful, but it is extremely easy to make with the Vitamix blender.

Ingredients

  • 3 celeries chopped or diced
  • 1 cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1 branch of oregano
  • 1 branch of thyme
  • 1 avocado pitted and sliced
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 lime
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Once you have prepared and gathered up all the ingredients in the list above, it is time to blend it all in. Take your Vitamix and pour in the water followed by all the other ingredients.
  • Once you have added on the celeries, cucumber, oregano, thyme, avocado, bell pepper, and jalapenos, close the lid of the blender and blend it for 10 seconds at variable 10, the highest speed.
  • Then add on the spinach and once again blend the mixture for 30 seconds starting at variable 1 and turning to 10. Once everything mixes into a smooth consistency turn it off and pour the soup into bowls and it is all ready to be served.
